If it's Smallworld 4.x then you'll need to have installed the Smallworld FME Interface. You can get that from GE or from Safe if you provide written evidence of having a GE-Smallworld license.
When you're running that drag and drop objects into the FME-Export section and they will become available in FME Viewer.
