I am converting GML2 to DGN.
I am interested in two source feature types areas and lines.
These features are being written to the same DGN file.
How can I ensure that all area features are written to the file before
any line features are wriiten (so coloured areas can be outlined by a
different colour and the fill can be turned off independently)
