Hi Group,

Does FME (or anything else for that matter) have a way of creating xfMap (.xmp) files from reading a schema or an xml file?  I want to merge an XML file of attributes (no geometry) onto a GMLv2 file of geometry, but I need an xfMap for a workbench to run correctly (I think).

I have been looking at the structure of xfMap files to see if I can build one from scratch (I have done a schema before so I assume it can’t be that hard), but I am piecing together from the sample xmp’s in FME and have not found a definition of exactly how I should be building it.

Any help or documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Bryan
