Hello Heinz,
As SRG noted the PointConnector is what you need to use. If there is
more than one line represented in the CSV data you'll need some form
of line ID number to tell FME where to make the break.

I'd suggest looking at the example workspaces on fmepedia - there are
three different CSV examples for different forms of file structure.
