Hello,
No, I don't believe this is possible. It's certainly not a plug-in 
that I know about, and since MacDraw appears to be an old product I 
doubt it would ever be supported. A quick Google shows me there are 
Mac products that will read MacDraw and export to a different format 
so I'd suggest looking at those. Alternatively, if it's just a small 
amount of data you may be able to open it in MacDraw, copy and paste 
it into another application that does export to dxf.

Failing all that, if the files are regular ascii and easy to decipher 
you could run it through our text file reader and extract the graphic 
elements from there.
