For some reason this doesn't seem to work. Maybe someone can come up
with another solution?
I have many parcels with assessment roll numbers (Aroll). The first
11 digits of the Aroll (19 digits total) are the same if they are in
the same block. I want to dissolve on the first 11 characters then
Dissolve the polygons on that new information.
Can anyone help me?
