Hi Venkat I'm not sure if this is what you are after, but about a year ago I did a project that extracted geodatabase dimension information and created a "simple features" representation of the dimensions for use in ESRI ArcIMS and that could be exported to other CAD/GIS products.
I have put a file called simple dimesions from geodatabase.fmw into the files area that outlines the process I used. You need to note this was done on a 8.x ArcSDE geodatabase and changes may be needed to get it to work on 9.x (you would need to change the source and destinations but everything else "should" work. The part of interest to you will be the process/transformers prior to the "Endpoint" transformer.
