Hi Adrian,
In Workbench click Help->About Workbench and choose the 'More Info'
option. This should show you what your serial number is. 

Alternatively you should be able to open the license file in a text
editor and see the serial number there - you can then match the
machine key to that reported by the licensing wizard to be absolutely
certain.
