I'd like a transformer that works like the LabelpointReplacer, but does not
force the labels to be 'cartographically correct'. What I mean is that the
LabelpointReplacer prevents labels from being upsidedown by adding 180 degrees
to the rotation angle. My target application is to apply directional
arrowheads to my pipe features for display in an app that cannot display lines
with arrowheads.
