We have Smallworld 3.3, and have not successfully migrated parent/child relationship objects with FME. I have heard that if your data model will handle FME objects, you can do it, we have not. We usually use Magik scripts to migrate these objects from a .CSV file.

My doubt is: does the fme translate/import the relashionship of the objects, i.e, if I want to import an object that is related to another object, or an object that have childs. Does the fme work this relationship? If the answer is yes, does anyone have some example how to create the mapping file with this condition? The source file(that contain the objects) can be Access(mdb), .txt or if it will be easy can be Oracle.
