Check out esriwkt.db in <fme install dir>\Reproject\Exceptions It defines how FME maps a coordinate system to the ESRI defined ones.
Looks like MGA94-56 is the FME coord sys you should be using. If you can't find the ones you want in the file let us know; but it may be that you're using an older version of FME that doesn't have the latest info.
