[fme] Losing Polygons en Route to SDE - aka: GIOMGR SDE Log - "exit'd with status 8"

Any suggestions on this:
I am using FME 2006 to build an ARCSDE Feature Class from a flatfile source of land descriptions.  14564 polygon objects are created and written to the geodatabase, however, SDE only receives 14000 (see red below) and therefore the Feature Class only shows the 14000.  Everything appears to run perfectly according to the FME log file (see below) and the only clue to the problem was in the GIOMGR SDE log that shows the process exiting with a status of 8, instead of a typical zero status.  By changing the output to a Shapefile, all 14564 polygons show up. 
Any ideas would be much appreciated!!  Thanks in advance.
