Hi Jon,
Unfortunately, the current FME release does not support Object Data
writing, so you're out of luck for a simple solution. Make sure to
register your request for OD writing with Safe so that it gets bumped up
the priority list.
I think that your best bet would probably be to use FME to dump the OD
features/tables to a common ShapeFile format, and then re-import that
into Map interactively.
