What is your output format? I haven't had much success in writing attribute data to DWG. Dealing with the text is pretty easy; FME treats text elements as points, based on the insertion point. If you want to use the center of the text for the association, you could do something like a BoundingBoxReplacer followed by a Labeller. >From there, you would want to use either a NeighborFinder or a >PointOnAreaOverlayer to associate the text with its closest feature.
