Sylvain, Do you have any idea from your library / tool in what way the file is not "Part I" compliant? Can you provide a small .jp2 file demonstrating the problem? I believe FME is producing the files with a commercial JPEG2000 library, and I have not had this complaint before. Perhaps your library does not even support extensions from the baseline JP2 chunks in the file? Without more detail it is likely going to be hard for me or Safe support to do anything.
