Look at the file LocalCoordSysDefs.fme for some examples.

If your coordinate system already exists in FME (even with a bad
definition) make sure you don't give your custom coordsys the same
name - otherwise FME won't work at all!

If you have problems creating it them email the support team at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask for their help (but have a try yourself first)
