Hello We are also having a similar problem but with a floating license, where I cannot access the software without restarting the license service. Our license is running on Windows 2000 Professional SP4.
My PC is XP however I have checked processes running when I shutdown the program and all appear to close. I would be most grateful for any advice regarding this issue!
