[fme] importing electric objects

Hi people, I’m looking for a tool to import electric objects to SmallWorld 4.0 For LandBase objects, I use the FME and it works fine. I’ve tried to import the electric objects, and I got to import the object and the geometry, but not the connectivity and the relationship. How can I import the connectivity and relationship for electric objects, using FME?
