So you have duplicate coordinates, not features, right?
Something like a CoordinateRounder or (Area)Generalizer set to *very*
low values could remove duplicate coordinates. Depending on your dataset
an Intersector might just do it, or a Snapper...
Looks like there's several options you can try. Hard to say which is the
best, it really depends on the kind of data you're putting into it.
