Sounds tricky...
 
How about a CenterlineReplacer, followed by a Chopper at 25m, followed by 
something like a TopologyBuilder which calculates the angles at the nodes, 
followed by some fancy math to figure out the endpoints of your intersecting 
line, follwed by a 2DCreator, and finally an Intersector to split the original 
polygons?
 
Lots of room for calibration (and error there) but I can't think of a simpler 
way at the moment...
