Hi Shaun,
Check out the files formats.db and formats.txt in the FME install
directory. Are the formats in here? Are they set to invisible or
read-only? I'm not sure why that would have got changed - maybe it was
corrupted and a reinstall would help.

Failing that, what license does FME report? I can only think that
there must be a licensing fault related to Win 2003. Is it fixed or
floating license?

Either way, if you're still having problems I'd suggest an email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for us to investigate some more.
