Hello Mike, Yes, unfortunately this is a known issue with FME and AutoCAD Map 2007. Apparently there is a problem with the API we use, and we're working to get it fixed.
I'll have our developers look into it but, unfortunately, because the AutoDesk API appears to be the source of the problem there isn't much I can do in terms of raising the priority or giving you a timeline.
