Hello,
I've just installed an evaluation version of FME and am trying to view
a DGN in the Universal Viewer. I'm getting an error message that says
"Failed to open the database. Please make sure it exists." I'm not
very familiar with DGNs, but I think this has something to do with an
external attribute table. The DGN does not have one intentionally. Is
it possible to have the application not look for this table or create
a dummy table? (I don't have access to Microstation.)
