Safe doesn't like releasing release dates, primarily because they have a habit of changing when, say, someone decides that rich geometry support isn't polished enough for general release yet. If you're just starting out, I would strongly suggest starting with Python instead of TCL. It's a very "hip" language right now, and as such there are a lot of resources and third party libraries out there that you can leverage. http://fmepedia.com/index.php/Python_and_FME Some of the great new Python features appear to be in the most recent beta. TCL+FME is currently better documented, but I suspect that this will change fairly quickly. Jason
