Hi Richard, Check in the log - there should be a line about trying to match records and how many succeeded. I suspect (like Jason) that there is probably no matches because of a case sensitivity issue which Access might not have problems with.
There is a little bit of additional logging - check the FME UT help or fmepedia for the BAD NEWS option - but be aware it sometimes reports things that you don't need to know and would unnecessarily worry you.
