First of all, for writing GDF files, you'll need an extra cost-plugin
from Safe. Their sales staff will be more than happy to help you out:
[EMAIL PROTECTED], but a reseller (such as myself) would be able to help
you out as well.
You'll also need FME Professional (or any of the more advanced suites)
in order to run the plugin. Again, Safe or a reseller would be more than
happy to give you a price quote.
As for the workflow steps, the possibility of running such a conversion
on a certain machine and how much information is needed from you is
something that cannot be easily estimated. GDF is not a well-known
format (at least not to me) and it may have peculiarities. If you don't
have the FME experience to implement this yourself, be prepared to
outsource the work to somebody who has the required experience.
Please keep in mind that this group is aimed at helping other users.
Since your question was more of a sales type of question, it wasn't
really in place here.
-- disclaimer --
I do not work for Safe, though I am a reseller and would be happy to
make you a price quote for the software. However, I'm sure other
resellers would want do the same thing. I would recommend to select a
reseller from your own country and see if they, or Safe's Pro Services
team, would be able to help you with the implementation.
Hope this helps.
