Hi Antonio, Not an ACAD expert - the best I have is a workspace on http://tinyurl.com/gyzgs - it shows how to write blocks (starting with DGN cells - but the difference is minimal).
Use an ElevationExtractor to get the elevation of a feature, then use a Tester transformer to test where elevation = 0. Route the passed features to one output layer, the failed features to another.
