Hi group,
is there a possibility to tell FME to delete the data from existing
tables in an ESRI PGDB before writting (similar to ORACLE OBJECT
oracle_drop_table) so that only the new features will be stored?
There might appear new features (FeatureType = TableName) in the
dataset as well as already existing ones. The FME file or FMW file
should autmatically detect if the table exists, delete it and insert
the new dataset, or simply generate a new table and insert the data.
PS: Old and new replacing features do not share IDs so the DELETE and
UPDATE staments can not be used!
Thank's
Heinz
