As far as I know there's no corresponding FME coordsys. I think I've 
used data from this site before and they had different coordinate 
systems for every section.

I just checked my datastore folder and I have a WGS84 version of the 
files. No idea how I got that though, it's been almost 2 years ago since 
I worked with it. I think I ran them through Manifold.

I can send you the shapefiles for Europe if you like, contact me 
privately if you're interested.
