Hi, Thanks for your responses. I am using FME go bananas, build 2651.
I have used clipper before, for cutting out countours with a gml extent file. And never had this problem. I'll try your suggestions, but I wonder if what I'm experiencing is related to the input feature being an aggregate of triangles.
