Hello,
I'm new to GIS, I always have some doubt with GIS tool, If we have the
spatial data in Oracle,
a.) why do we need a GIS tool to render ?
1.) what is the advantage of GIS tool ?
2.) why not write your Java code to render ? ( is that difficult
to do that ?)
