Hi Bala,
As far as I know, Oracle doesn't support text. In such cases we'd
usually convert text elements into a point feature with the text
content as an attribute. Seems to me that FME does that automatically
- creating an attribute called TEXTSTRING and populating it with the
content of the DGN text element.
