Recent versions of FME provide an AttributeExposer, where you can type in the value of attributes which you know exist but don't show up. This is mostly handy for DBMS connections that you have overridden with custom select statements, but it works for the occasional oversight in the format attributes list too.
Another option might be to user fme_basename or fme_dataset if these are set to the value you want, but I'm not sure what autocad_source_filename is supposed to show. One problem I have converting CAD to ESRI: The attribuut autocad_source_filename exists in the universal viewer but not in the workbench? I need to transform the original CAD file path in ESRI.
