Hi all, I have polygons and text in DGN format. Each polygon has one text inside (similar to parcel and parcel number as text layer). I would like to convert the polygons to GeoMedia or ArcGIS format with additional attribute that updated from text. Is it possible to do it by using FME? If yes, how to do.
