I updated to the Beta Build 4274 and this worked perfectly.

All I had to do is set the Fanout feature type based on the clipper_MAP_SHEET
attribute and it worked. It is a bit faster as well taking approx. 1 - 2
minutes per tile compared to 2 - 3 minutes previously.

Will put together some data and workspace and send it into [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks
chris

Just by way of clarification on this one, first off, this is exactly the
type of application we want to be able to easily do.

Secondly, I do not think that fanout worked for this in FME 2006 GB.
That was one of the things that was recently fixed up for FME 2007 --
namely that the feature type of the raster feature will be used as the
filename for the output file.

So Chris, if you're able to, please go for an FME 2007 beta
(www.safe.com/beta should have what you need), and see how that works
with a fanout for the situation you're working on. And hey, it should
run a lot faster too.

And if you're willing, please share with us the workspace and sample
input data at [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- just say Dale asked you to send it in
-- we'd like to put things like this in our testsuite.

Good luck, and do let us know how it goes.

Dale
