Hi Aaron,
I think - as with the Smallworld question on this group - that the
first move should be to inspect the source data in the FME Viewer. If
there's no attributes there then it's obviously a reading issue. If
there are attributes then it's either a transformation or writing issue.

My suspicion is that it is being lost during the transformation to
points. I'm not sure if this is expected behaviour or not - I'm
looking into it. But our raster handling is improving all the time, so
you might find that trying it in a 2007 beta version would give a
better result.

Our support team isn't supposed to handle "how-to" type questions, but
for a new user we do like to assist - so if there's no progress you
could send your workspace, log and (a small sample of) the source
