Hello all, Actually, there is a nice elegant way to do this, or at least I think there is.
The MRFCleaner (http://www.safe.com/products/fme/plugins/mrfclean/index.php) that is an option in FME 2007/2006GB should eat this up for lunch without much problem. Mark C -- if you'd like a trial license just let [EMAIL PROTECTED] know (cite this posting in your note) and we'll get you a trial of MRF to see how to works for this situation -- I'm thinking the conflation option it offers should do the trick.
