Hi Jonathan, I think the "fme" part here is a required prefix used for the namespace name. Or something like that, XML is not my strong suit.
Anyway, there should be a setting in the writer (in the navigation pane) called "Target Namespace Prefix". If it's left empty then it'll use FME as the namespace prefix. If you want something different then simply change this setting and it should give you what you want; but as I said I think it's a required thing so it will always be there.
