Hi David serching for this code on the net give this explanation
Problem: A connection to the oracle server can't be established. The wwtest page (connect trough abstraction layer) gives the following error notice: ORA 24327 need explicit attach before authenticating .... so some how you cant get a conection to the database, have you checked 1. that you can connect using sqlplus, toad or some other porgram 2. also check that the tsnnames.ora file to see if the connection is correct, server name and addres 3. do you use the same user/password - if not it might have somthing to do with the rights in the database 4.
