Hi Cindy

When stroking a arc fme use the @Arc() function you can controle the way the 
stroking is don by changing some of the parameters to this funcion. But can 
also have the possibility to set the two directives FME_ARC_DEGREES_PER_EDGE 
and FME_ARC_EDGE_TOLERANCE

so take a look at the documentation to the @Arc() funcrtion
