Hello,
I am new to FME and I am trying to export soundings on a S57 Chart
(ENC) to a CARIS .ntx file. The workbench wizard seems to make this a
a simple translation however the .ntx file will not open in CARIS BASE
Editor. Can anyone familiar with this help?
