Yes, FME's compatible with both, though as you noticed there might be
variations between versions. We're investigating and there are a
couple of things we found to fix at our end, but some differences are
obviously beyond our control.

FME2006GB can also work with 9.2, provided that you install the
updated version available on our web site (www.safe.com/download)
