Hi,

This was an issue in the FME 2006 timeframe, but in FME 2006 GB and later it is 
resolve. I just ran the mapping file below and it worked file -- got output 
like:

|INFORM|Reproject: Using datum conversion type `ThreeParm' when reprojecting 
from Hanoi72.GK-106NE to LL-WGS84

So all is well now.
