Hi Jeka,
When you create the workspace you need to set the source format as CSV
instead of Textfile. If your data has "x,y,z" as a header in the file,
be sure to click the settings button and choose the "field names on
first line" option.

There are a load of CSV reading example workspaces on fmepedia - see
http://www.fmepedia.com/index.php/Category:Workspace_Sample and check
out CSV Readers 1 to 4.
