Hi all,
This is very much a rookie question, I am having trouble figuring out
how to create x and y points from a regular old polyline shapefile.
It doesn't have x and y points right now, I want to create them so I
can then use the neighbor finder to link the original shapefile to
another that's not drawn exactly the same.
ANy help would be much appreciated!
