Read the data into the FME Viewer, query a feature and check what
coordinate system is reported in the top-right corner. This will tell
you if the source coordinate system is actually LL83. If it is, and
setting the source/destination coordinate systems to LL83 in the
workspace still fails to translate the data, then I'd suggest sending
a sample of the source data to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for testing.
