We definitely support reading of Oracle Spatial Topology, and I believe we also 
can read the network data model but to be honest I'm not sure.  I'd suggest 
just trying to read, using the FME Viewer, one of your tables that has these, 
using the most recent FME 2007 beta, and see how it goes. Let us know at [EMAIL
