Hi Jen, You can use the universal translator for this (i.e. no transformers required); just make sure you select GEOTIFF as your destination format.
Also keep in mind whether or not you want to use a world file, and whether you want compression or not. I personally use no world file, and choose the lossless LZW compression with the default value. It is a lossless compression so I'm not sure that value matters.
