Hi Hanno, For your second question, the Matcher and ChangeDetector (and the UpdateDetector custom transformer) all have a setting called "lenient geometry matching".
This setting controls the tolerance for minor issues such as orientation - in other words, if you set this to yes then it will ignore the orientation of features during a comparison.
