Hi all,

Some of you may find the article on the CurveFitter
(http://www.fmepedia.com/index.php/CurveFitter) that was posted today on
Directions Magazine interesting - the link is here:

    http://www.directionsmag.com/article.php?article_id=2476

>From Safe's point of view, working with TCI to get this in was a great
experience and results in a way for users in general to begin getting
the maximum value out of the ability for many of the GIS/CAD formats to
truly store paths, with all the benefits in accuracy those bring.

If any existing FME users out there want to try it out, please write
into [EMAIL PROTECTED] and ask for a CurveFitter trial license, and we'll
provide one (but you'll also have to have FME 2007 to use it...)

It is a relatively inexpensive add-on for FME 2007.
